Professional Development Centre

Presently the PDC is running the Ensuring Employability Programme (EEP). The EEP aims to train and develop graduates such that they are ‘industry ready’ to perform engineering work on the completion of the programme. The programme is fully funded by MARA, upon successful completion of the programme, the trainees have guaranteed jobs with STRAND Aerospace Malaysia (SAM).

Leveraging on MARA’s vast educational infrastructure and human capital database, with its worldwide partnerships with top universities, PDC provides a holistic learning approach for engineers and it is one of Asia Aerospace City’s (AAC) distinguishing factors in providing a sustainable human capital for the aerospace industry
